I have the turkey in the oven
I have the cranberry apple compote made
and the vegan rice sage stuffing with celery and onion and apple bits . the potatoes will go on soon and the butternut squash will go in the oven too we will have peas and Brussels sprouts . I am also making a chopped kale and fruit salad with tangerines apples and pomegranates , celery and shredded carrot and of course some pumpkin pudding (no crust ) I hope all who reads this is having a nice safe warm holiday . Thanksgiving and Hanukkah .
