Cauliflower Pizza crust

I made this and it is delicious and  can be made ahead of time
Gluten free  - I used  white Jack cheese and  mozzarella cheese  but  would be  good with your  favorite  cheese -  I saw a recipe  online  and  wanted to try it because I love veggies - think  of your favorite gourmet pizza toppings .

    Cauliflower, cooked, riced or chopped  1 cup  Egg, fresh, 1 large  Cheddar Cheese or  your favorite  cheese  1 cup, shredded 
    Garlic or finely chopped  onion  salt an pepper ,
      or Italian spices can be added 


Rice or finely chop the cauliflower. Beat egg, add the cauliflower, and shredded cheese. Mix, then press into a greased pizza pan then sprinkle with the spices. Bake at 450 for 12 to 15 minutes. If you double the recipe cook 15 to 20 minutes.

Add desired pizza toppings such as red sauce, mushrooms, green pepper, onions, cheese, etc. Bake until brown and cheese is bubbly.

- I also  want to try  pressing it into  muffin tins to make a  yummy cup to serve beets,  gr. beans , peas, carrots  or another  veggie  inside .  it  should  work   well at a party
